Chainsaw Carvings

Our wood comes from trees felled by storms and pre-cut logs that are un-usable for lumber.

Most of our carvings are made from cedar, as it is more weather resistant than other kinds of wood.

The chainsaw carvings are sanded, stained or burned and weather coated with either polyurethane, decking sealant or a turpentine/vinegar/linseed oil mixture. Paint is not used, so that we keep the natural look of the wood.
